"I'm not a "gym" person"
I get lost in all of the equipment & always end up doing cardio. At JBo, I get to do strength & cardio training without having to figure out what kind of workouts I need to target certain body part. They have the workout of the day planned for us as we walk in. I I love the coaches, the people, the environment. It’s easy to find an accountability partner that will make sure you succeed on the journey you’re on. All you have to do is show up & put in an effort, enjoy the 30 min workout & feel great.
